Information You Choose to Share
SVFSA may receive information that you voluntarily provide by email, telephone, an online form, a partnership request, a donation service, or another direct interaction. This may include your name, contact information, organization, interests, and the content of your message.
Sensitive and Medical Information
Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance records, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information through an initial email or general-interest form. SVFSA is an education, awareness, advocacy, and survivor-support organization and is not a healthcare provider.
How Information May Be Used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, review partnership or volunteer interest, coordinate outreach, provide requested information, maintain organizational records, protect the website, and understand the effectiveness of SVFSA programs and communications.
Connected Services
Some actions use third-party services, including Google Forms and PayPal. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. External public-health and resource links are also governed by the destination website's policies.
Website Analytics
On the donation page, you may choose to allow Google Ads measurement cookies. When allowed, Google receives technical visit and ad-click information and an event when you click the PayPal donation link. That event represents donation interest, not a completed donation or its amount. SVFSA does not send your name, email, payment details, messages, or medical information through this measurement code.
The Google measurement code on the donation page loads only after you allow it. SVFSA disables advertising personalization and enhanced conversions in this setup and requests restricted data processing. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional measurement off. The education and survivor-story pages do not load this measurement code.
You can decline measurement and still donate. Use “Measurement choices” on the donation page to change your choice. Your preference is saved in your browser; declining after previously allowing measurement stops new measurement events but does not erase earlier data or existing cookies. You can clear cookies through your browser settings.
Information Sharing
SVFSA does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized service providers when necessary to operate the website or respond to a request, or when disclosure is required by law.
Your Choices
You may ask SVFSA to correct or delete information you previously submitted, subject to legal, financial, security, and organizational recordkeeping requirements.
